I really appreciate all the help you provided to us finding our new home. You are truly exceptional. I met Malti at an open house at Burke. She was very kind and enthusiastic about explaining the house and current housing market. I was impressed with her level of knowledge she had about this area. Right away, we contacted Malti to be our agent. It was no brainer for us to work with her since I was set on buying in Fairfax/Burke and I am so thankful I did. She made herself available for home tours and her responsiveness was incredible. 

She was very involved in the process and provided guidance to us until the closing of our new home. 

She looks out for us and has our best interest in mind. 

Additionally, she introduced Keith, mortgage loan officer, and working with both Keith and Malti made this process extremely easy and smooth.

In late 2022, my husband and I started looking for a townhouse to purchase as an investment property. Frankly, we were quite picky! It had to be in either Burke or Springfield. It had to be in a certain size and, of course, it had to be in a certain price range!  Maltianna Livingston worked with us every step of the way!  She actively listened to our requirements but she was above all, patient. On December 14, 2022 we closed on a townhouse in Springfield.

As a first-time homebuyer she held my hand throughout the home buying process.  I have a very busy work schedule and she made sure to make this as easy as possible.  She was amazing throughout the process and looked out for me every step of the way. I also partnered with her husband Keith who became my lender and has years of experience.  He also was a pleasure to work with and made my life so easy.  Great experience overall and I cannot recommend Malti enough!!

 What a pure joy to work with Maltianna! Extremely knowledgeable and professional,disciplined,answer on time with all questions,walked with my family through whole process. We are very picky and difficult customers,with multiple hard requirements,hard budget caps and everyone in family had their own strong opinions.
